This wringer roll assembly was originally designed and made with two steel shafts and a steel pipe barrel welded together, with rubber lining wrapped outside.
After discussing and investigate the client’s equipement, we suggested and converted the original design to a new nonwoven wringer roll assembly. The manufacture process is simplified to machine the shaft easily without any welding which may bring inaccuracy to the shaft.
Finally, it is agreed by the client to make it using 3M NCCM nonwoven rolls with the complete mill roll assembly carefully balanced to make sure it won’t cause rotational instability or vibration.
